Photo ID is required at entrance for age verification, and may be checked periodically in the festival.

People under 21 are NOT PERMITTED TO CONSUME ALCOHOL.

Outside food, beverages (including bottled water, coffee, alcohol) are NOT PERMITTED! NO EXCEPTIONS.

ABSOLUTELY No tailgating!!!

Marijuana use -  this event is 420 friendly, we kindly ask that you smoke away from other patrons

​Official 21& Up Festival Wrist Band must be worn at all times for persons 21 & older. 

Anyone consuming alcohol without wristband will be ejected from the Festival.

Alcoholic beverages served by the Festival must be consumed on site, and may not be taken outside the perimeter fencing.

Any individual who is intoxicated or appears to be intoxicated will not be served alcohol.

Festival Host Site, Galt Police Department, Sacramento Sheriff, Event Coordinators reserves the right to remove any party from the Festival for any reason, at the sole discretion of the Festival.

Absolutely NO WEAPONS are permitted at the Festival.

We are a "family friendly" event. Kids 9 and younger are admitted FREE with ticket purchase. They MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES by a parent or guardian.

The festival does not provide chairs, personal umbrellas, chairs are allowed.

I undertand that my participation in any activity at Vet-Traxx Festival is voluntary. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT SOME ACTIVITES AT THE EVENT, SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO DANCING OR PERFORMING, HAVE INHERENT RISKS AND DANGERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OR INJURY TO MY PERSON OR PROPERTY, AND THAT AS A CONDITION OF BEING PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITY AT THE EVENT, I MUST ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS OF HARM, LOSS, OR INJURY THAT MAY ARISE FROM OR BE RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THAT ACTIVITY. I HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, indemnify, and hold harmless Vet-Traxx Project Inc., the City, the Venue, the performers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, volunteers, managers, sponsors, funders, attendees, public officials, successors and assignes from any and all demans, damages, losses, liabilities, causes of action, lawsuits, attorneys' fees, and/or claims of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity. I understand the nature of the Event activities in which I participate and represent that I am qualified to participate in such activities. I intend an desire for this Waiver to be interpreted as broadly as permitted under California law. This Waiver does NOT apply to any acts of gross negligence or intentional, willful, or wanton misconduct on the part of any Released Party.
